Got questions?

It's simple! Just scan the QR code on the charging station using your device's camera. Once scanned, you will be redirected to the charging screen, where you can start the charging by clicking the "Start Charging" button. Please note that on some devices, you may need to manually enable the QR code scanning feature in the settings.

Yes, registration is required to start charging. If you don't have an account yet, you will find the text "Don't have an account? Register here" at the bottom of the screen. By clicking on "Register here", you will be prompted to enter your details and accept the terms and conditions. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation code via email (also check your spam folder) to verify the creation of your account.

The charging time for an electric vehicle depends on various factors, such as the charging station's power, the vehicle itself, the battery capacity (expressed in kWh), as well as the charger and cable used. As a result, the time required for a full charge can vary significantly. To determine the specific charging times for your vehicle, we recommend consulting the vehicle's user manual.

If you have already disconnected the cable from the vehicle but are having trouble detaching it from the station, we recommend trying to restart the charging and then stop it again. If the issue persists, please contact our dedicated customer support service.

EOS charging stations are equipped with Type 2 sockets, compliant with the European regulations for public charging (IEC 61851-1 and 62196-2). Each charging station can accommodate charging for up to two vehicles simultaneously.

We kindly request that users who have completed their charging session free up the parking space as quickly as possible, to allow other vehicles to charge. The parking spaces are exclusively reserved for charging electric vehicles, but it is possible that a conventional vehicle may unlawfully occupy the space. In such cases, we recommend reporting the occupancy of the space to the affiliated service station operator.

The amount of kWh delivered during a charging session depends on various factors, such as the vehicle's battery condition, temperature, or any energy flow limitations at the charging station. In general, there's no need to worry as minor fluctuations are completely normal. However, if you notice significant issues, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support for further assistance.
